Exterior painting helps protect and maintain the surfaces of a property as well as improving its appearance. MR Property Services provides exterior maintenance painting and repainting across Christchurch, with building repairs and preparation coordinated where required.

The right preparation depends on the condition and material of the existing surface. Depending on the job, it may include appropriate cleaning, removal of loose or failing material, filling, sanding, priming or other preparation required for the agreed work.
